Hi @gearhunter,
You have to configure ‘Ecommerce Settings’ in GA which you would get under the view section of the Admin page.
Also, We observed that our plugin is not active on your store. Please activate the plugin and let us know.
I have reinstalled the Plugin. The settings in GA were configured, with Enable Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting ON, funnel steps as instructed in your installation instructions. I use Google Tag Manager and code for the Google Tag Manager is installed in site’s Header.
The Revenue & Conversion Rate and Checkout behavior are still not being recorded in GA. Please, advise.
Hi @gearhunter,
We have had a look at your store to debug the issue but could not find our plugin there, Please activate the plugin and let us know.
The plugin is there, please, try again.
I am somehow getting checkout behavior funnel, up until the transactions, which have been skipped by the plugin. Transactions, item names, and revenue are not being registered. Please, debug.
Hey @gearhunter…
We have had a look at your store and tried to make a test transaction but could not complete the transaction due to payment restrictions and the debugging part.
However, till the checkout page, our plugin is tracking the data correctly and the same is getting sent to GA. (Screenshot for your reference).
It seems like the “thank-you page” or “order confirmation” URL is not as per standard WooCommerce integration. Please share the thankyou page URL structure.
Regards.
The problem was resolved by support.
The cause of the issue was – While configuring the plugin first time the @gearhunter tried enabling “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” but it didn’t work – perhaps due to JS combine settings in an optimization plugin.
When we found that the “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” option was unchecked then we suggested the @gearhunter to check this option. The issue was resolved once he made changes in the JS combine settings and checked the “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” option.
