 * Love this plugin!
 * Are you able to let me know how to make this plugin the final step in the checkout
   process? I want viewers to sign in and be taken directly to this page, they can
   add their products, click add to order and then it sends us an email and that
   is the final step.

   order form that captures the user’s name, email address and sends their product
   request to you in an email?

 * Are you able to help setup this process. This is ideally what I want:
 * Account (login) > Bulk Order > Cart > Checkout
 * I am struggeling to get the process from Account to Bulk Order.
    I really appreciate

 * I’m not quite understanding what you’re needing. Are you needing someone to login
   before having access to the order form, then from the order form have them go
   to cart then checkout?

 * Has this been resolved? I’d also like the “add to cart” button at the bottom 
   of the form to re-direct to the cart once clicked… is this possible?
