Checklist for planning a WP Installation (2 posts)

I ran across this while surfing today and thought it was a really nice checklist that should save newbies (and old hands) a bit of hair pulling. Can somethng like this be modified to fit WP (without stomping on anyone's copyright, I should add)? If there was a similar checklist tailored to WP's known idiosyncracies, perhaps it could be included in the documentation or Wiki?

    Just a thought.

Perhaps you missed it...from the main page, where people are encouraged to adopt WP...

    "Dead simple upgrades and installation"

A checklist implies a step-by-step procedure, which is in contrast to 'dead simple' (implies that you do nothing at all) - of course, some of us have found it not so 'dead simple' (two day installs and 12 hour upgrades). We would like to see a checklist, but we're apparently in the minority.
S0unds like a project for the extended WP community.
