Checking verification not working

    Hi after installing user verification plugin I was logged out and could not login again. I was sent an verification e-Mail. trying to verifiy the verification lasts forever/ doesnt happen. (Iam using memberpress and wanted it to work as a double optin)

    Trying to go to the WP login page it tells me my IP adress was banned.
    How can I enter my backend and switch off the Plugin?

    Hi @mobikinobi,
    Thanks for your post.

    Our plugin doesn’t have any IP ban feature. It must be coming from any third-party plugins.

    Anyway, you can disable our plugin by logging in to your cPanel interface. then go to public_html => wp-content => plugins . Just find the plugin you want to disable and delete it. You can also disable the plugin by simply renaming the plugin folder name.
