    Hi,

    Good day! Just wondering what could be the cause of this issue? https://prnt.sc/10vo2jc

    I am setting up the GSK and it says checking requirements failed.

    I have tried to uninstall and installed the GSK but nothing happens. Also, there are no Caching plugins, Monster Insights and Updraft Plus installed on the site.

    Can someone please help me with this? Thank you.

    @shielavirtucio Apologies for the late response, for some reason I neve received an email notification. Great to hear that it’s now working, thanks for following up with me and providing an update.

    Why it’s working from another account is indeed unusual. On the account whereby it wasn’t working on can you share whether it’s a GSuite account? If you want to created a new WordPress administrator account I’m also curious to know if you login with that administrator account and attempt to setup Site Kit with that initial account does it proceed.

    Yes, it is a Gsuite account, I believe.

    Interesting, I wonder is this email account (which Site Kit didn’t work on) a full administrator account, and if not are there any restrictions? You should be able to check with the Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) administrator on any restrictions for users.

    Thanks for the update and apologies for the delay. It looks like you’re not an admin of your particular Google Workspace,. While not being an expert on how Google Workspace works you could check with other regular users are they able to setup and use Site Kit.

    Alternatively you could check with the Google Workspace administrator if known.

    As you’re connected successfully from your own Google account I’ll close this support topic. I will also test out configurations from with a Google Workspace account, based on your experience. This may also assist other users who encountered the same setup issues, so many thanks for bringing it to our attention.
