Checkboxes not updating pro version

Hey,

We have a strange situation. We have a form created using pro version (and paypal). one of the fields have several check box options.

when a person selects one (or more) boxes, all is well and the form goes through and funds are received by paypal, just as it should.

However, when we go in to the admin and profile and look at the field with the check boxes in the form, ALL the options are checked and if we try to manually update it in the admin area, it will not updated it… they remain all selected…

any help is appreciated.
