checkboxes not displaying in e-mail

    I am using the checkbox code generated by Contact Form 7 (version Version 3.3.3), but when I get the e-mail the checkbox results do not show up. Here is my code:

    Front-End:

    <p>[checkbox PickuporDeliver “Pickup” “Deliver”]</p>

    Message Body:

    Pickup or Deliver: [PickuporDelivery]

    ..when I generate the email, it looks like this:

    Pickup or Deliver: [PickuporDelivery] – no matter which checkbox is chosen.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Do I need to scale back versions of Contact Form 7? Any other solutions?

    It looks like your variable has no “y” on the end but in the message body you have put a y at the end of Delivery. That mismatch could be it.
