Checkboxes and radio button display

Hey everyone,
I’m having a bugger of a time getting my radio buttons and checkboxes to display properly. They all display vertically, with the button or checkbox above the text – almost like they were in a poorly formatted table. I’ve tried changing the CSS (running Tesseract theme), but to no avail. Have tried separate entries and also some HTML code, but alack alas, nothing has worked. Any insight or advice? The page is here:

Using contact bank I can get only slightly better formatting (http://shimonireeflodge.com/N3W/ocean-suite-booking-request/), but I prefer Contact Form 7, so help would be very appreciated.
