Thank you for being that fast, but I’m still unable to find what I’m looking for. Maybe I didn’t explained myself well.
What I meant is that I need a text box next to the Other option- which is a radio (I said a checkbox in the last post, but I think a radio would be more accurate)- so when the user selects this Other radio option, he will have to fill in the text box in order to submit the form. And I don’t know how to add this textbox, or even if is this possible.

Have you tried enabling Follow Previous Field? on the the field that follows the previous field? This feature can be found when you click on Show Details in the field.
Yes, it would be perfect if were dependent. Because I need the textbox to be required only if the user clicks on Other, but this way is just a new field.
The idea is that the user cannot submit the form if he selects Other and doesn’t fill in the textbox to “explain the Other option”.
Maybe is this impossible?
Hi unfortunately your requirement is beyond this plugin. You will have to search for a different plugin that will carry out what you need.
