# Checkbox problems they don’t work

 * Good afternoon,
 * I have created a form and I have problems with Checkboxes. The rest of the fields
   work correctly. I have tried changing the value of si to 1 but they still don’t
   work. I am interested in a checkbox and an acceptance box. How can I solve it?

 * Hi,
 * There is a known issue with checkbox values. If you have ‘Sì’ as the checkbox
   export value, the ‘ì’ character is improperly escaped when CF7 form tags are 
   generated. The fix is in the works. The workaround for now is to just fix it 
   on your CF7 form by setting your CF7 checkbox value to ‘Sì’.
 * If you changed the export value to ‘1’, you also have to change your CF7 tag 
   value to ‘1’. The CF7 tag value has to match the PDF checkbox export value exactly.
 * Let me know if that helps.
