Checkbox next to terms and conditions gone

    Hello There!

    I have an ecommerce website that I made myself. I have been processing payments fine, but as of recently, the checkbox next to ‘terms and conditions’ at the bottom of the checkout page is not there anymore. And without that, I can’t process payments.

    Any ideas why?

    Hey there!

    Did you do any recent update for your WordPress instance or switched from HTTP to HTTPS?

    You can try to check the settings of that checkbox or to simply try removing it then adding it back. This guide may help – https://themeskills.com/add-terms-conditions-checkbox-woocommerce-checkout/

    Another option may be to try a backup restore if your host provides with this feature.

    Finally, the site is loading quite slow from my location ( Europe ). You may want to check on this aspect too.

    I am sorry for the late reply. Recently I have updated to the new Woo-commerce version and updated my theme. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

    And yes! I know the site is loading slow. I will fix that issue right after I handle this current issue at hand. 🙂

    Hi, Unfortunately I have the same problem, and I updated to the new WooCommerce too (version 3.0.3)
