checkbox like “accept our terms and conditions”

Hi,

I need to add a checkbox in Checkout Billing Section very similar to “accept our terms and conditions”.

The checkbox should be required and unchecked.

Also, “terms and conditions” should be a link to a specific page.

I have tried, but I can’t get the result I need.

Can anyone please help?
