Support » Fixing WordPress » Checkbox input styling not working

  • Hi all,

    For some reason, I cannot get my form checkboxes and their corresponding text onto one line for the life of me. I have tried putting them in divs, unordered lists, various CSS combinations, and nothing seems to work.

    Here is the page: http://www.sefandaa.org/application/

    Does anyone have any insight into this?

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

    Try adding the following CSS to your WordPress, using Simple Custom CSS plugin:

    .application-form input[type="checkbox"] {
        width: auto !important;
        margin-right: 20px !important;
    }

    Hope it works. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thank you; I believe that did it! I had an extra closing bracket in the CSS before that code that was making it not work.,

    Maybe the CSS before it wasn’t closed and that’s why it wasn’t working. Anyway, glad to know it’s working now. Don’t forget to mark this thread as resolved. ๐Ÿ™‚
