Checkbox for subscription email from another form

    I have 3 forms – WooCommerce My Account page (this is not contact form 7 form), contact form (on contact page) and subscription form (on home page)
    How can I add a checkbox to the contact form and WooCommerce My Account registration form asking if the user wants to subscribe to our newsletters and receive the contact form email and the subscription form email (in addition to the contact form email or registration email from WooCommerce)?
