checkbox and icons

Hallo i’m looking for plugin, which show me on my site exact icon after check box in the admin panel.

for example: i have list 100 tv chanel (100 checkbox with title e.g. cnn, bbc, etc.) and i want create 3 package with different chanels options.

I go to package numer 1 and i chosse chanels number 1,4,7,9 now i’m going to package number 2 and i chosse chanels 1,2,3,4,5,7,9 and so on…

Can You recommend some plugin for me?
