 * trying to undertand how to implement a checkbox. I can get them to show in an
   add form but does not seem to do anything. No value in field. Any help would 
   be appreciated.

 * I have the same problem. The checkbox shows the actual value of the database,
   but changing the value when submitting the form (add or update of record) is 
   without effect.

 * I discovered that it works if I declare the corresponding MySQL type as “int(
   1)”!

 * Any one who can help with the code to use the text box? I have two columns with
   stock information, and want to use the checkbox for searching for items that 
   is in stock or not (checked or unchecked).
