Had Updraft Vault Storage. Set plugin to retain ONE update. The storage filled because the plugin/vault kept making and keeping updates-then they charged my credit card another $70 for additional storage space. After that I got an email saying they were going to start deleting my files! I contacted support-they reviewed the log file and plugin settings and said everything was set up correctly to retain ONE backup. Why were multiple copies being kept? Why was I being charged for additional storage space I did not need?
Crickets. Not a good experience. YOUR plugin should work properly with YOUR storage. If not-your support should be able to fix the problem. Maybe the plugin is OK-but stay stay away from their storage.
