check the email deliverability on all the sites on multisite network

I have multisite network and sendgrid plugin, I am getting reports of clients NOT getting their lead notifications.

Is there is any way or plugin to check the email delivery on all the sites on the multisite network.

I am think to make query for all active blogs then send test mail and my email as bcc.
