  • Hi Pariku,

Have you tried testing this with default theme to eliminate theme issues?

    Hey Stephan
Thank you so much for your reply!

Sorry I’m pretty much a novice in WordPress..
By testing you mean? Switching plugins on/off etc?

Yes try switching to Storefront theme and switch of plugins to see if it still happens. Must try and eliminate possible causes.

Had the same problem, couldn’t ever really pinpoint the problem, though.

Could be a javascript error from a conflicting theme/plugin or not enough memory.

Here’s how to increase wordpress memory limit: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

It could be a lack of memory on your server as well (which is common on shared servers.) You can contact your server’s customer service and ask them about it and they might be able to change some stuff for you as well.

Good luck, it’s a really annoying problem.

Tigerbite thanks for your input on this too!

I tried adding the memory limit code, didn’t work 🙁
I’ve tried disabling all plugins besides woo commerce too without any success..

    Have you tried switching themes?

Yes, just tried 2 min ago with twenty fifteen, it shows a loading spinner that keeps on going endlessly..

Thats odd. I tried going to the page now but get a “come back soon” message.

I disabled the coming soon now!

Looks like the whole order-review woocommerce-checkout-review-order is grayed out? Know you have tried testing with twenty fifteen but would you mind testing with Storefront? Have this worked before?

    (@puriku)

Just tried right now, same thing greyed out.

It was working before some updates.

Aaah ok was this after the WordPress or WooCommerce update?

    (@puriku)

I’m not sure as I did update a lot of stuff at the same time.

Best to keep track of those updates 🙂 only thing I can think of is that it is not supported but the fact that it is doing the with default themes is confusing.

Yeah, I was a stupid newbie and didn’t do that 🙁
Thank you so much Stephan for having a look at it for me anyways.

The support at Flatsome theme couldn’t do a thing about it and told me to contact the WooCommerce support here..
