Check Out Error-No such customer: cus_

    Hello,

    Need help if anyone can assist. A customer was trying to check out but could complete the process and received an error message “no such customer: cus_*****

    I use a subscription plugin and a Stripe plugin for payments.

    What could be preventing this? And what can I do to fix it?

    I’ve gotten a response from Stripe. It was a disconnect between Woocommerce and the Stripe plugin I use. In the meantime, I disconnected and reconnected the Stripe plugin and ran a test charge and all is well now. Just thought I’d share this in case someone may find this helpful.
