    Hello,
I have installed Paid Membership Pro plugin for my website and I think it is good complete membership solution. There is one issue that bothers me, the check out button does not respond, it is not work at all.
I tried to debug the problem and deactivated all the plugins on the website. It turns that when Contact form 7 plugin is active it cause conflict with Paid Membership Pro plugin and the check out button.
Also I tried with wp_config.php (DEBUG, true) to find out the reason for the conflict but the debugger does not put any error message to the screen.
Please help me to solve this issue because I must have Contact Form 7 on my website as well.
    Sincerely
    Dragan

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Could you please temporarily disable Google reCAPTCHA for checkout and let me know if this helps? It looks like Contact Form 7 is loading the reCAPTCHA script on every page and this could be causing an issue.

    Please let me know.

    Hi Andrew,
I disabled the reCAPTCHA on my website but the issue remains. The check out button still doesn’t respond. The button works fine only when Contact Form 7 in deactivated.
    Thank you

I’ve tried to recreate this issue on my end but I am unable to do so.

We would need to look into this in greater detail for you, please can you consider opening up a support ticket on http://www.paidmembershipspro.com

I have added reCAPTCHA V3 to Contact Form 7 and checkout works as intended. What version of Contact Form 7 are you using?

I also noticed that your Contact Form 7 is being added to the checkout page, I’m not too sure if you have a popup/modal with Contact Form 7 to your pages?

This seems to be an issue coming from Contact Form 7, I’d recommend in reaching out to their support to get further assistance/insight with this.

Now reCAPTCHA V3 is not active and the check out button is still not functioning. Regarding your question for the modal with CF7, the answer is yes I have a modal in the footer and it is for contact form.
I have contacted the CF7 plugin author and he wrote to me: “I’d recommend you advise the Paid Membership Pro plugin author – they may be able to help.

I imagine most plugin authors would want to ensure that their plugin works correctly with a very popular plugin like Contact Form 7.” and now I don’t really know who to contact in order to solve this issue. It looks to me like passing the ball from one to another.
If this will help here is the list of active plugins on my website:
    – Animate It!
    – Compact Audio Player
    – Contact Form 7
    – Contact Form 7 Redirection
    – Contact Form 7 Signature Addon

    – Drift
    – LoginPress – Customizing the WordPress Login
    – Mechanic Visitor Counter
    – Paid Memberships Pro
    – Paid Memberships Pro – Register Helper Add On
    – PDF & Print by BestWebSoft
    – PJ News Ticker
    – PMPro Customizations
    – Pricing Table by Supsystic
    – Testimonial

Thanks for the feedback, I am still working on trying to get this issue recreated on my end. I’ll reach out as soon as I can, and once our team has recreated this issue.

I solved the issue with help of CF7 author. I just nested <form> element from CF7 in to PMP <form> element. The catch is that <form> elements can not be nested.
    Thank you
