Check meta value for company fields

    Hi, I am a bit confused by the question.
    On the field editor you can make the field Mandatory. Is that field there set as mandatory?

    There is no need your plugin now i made a custom query for that actually i created a meta value called company when the user register if the company exists he should get the error company is already present.
