Check if the confirmation email was sent

    Hi there
    some people have not attended the event claiming they have not received the confirmation email from us (but yet managed not to contact us), just from Paypal.

    Is there a way to check if the email was sent (I am sure it was, but need the evidence to paypal resolution service)?

    I am familiar with Cpanel, ftp, any other things so if that is possible I can go in check and make a screenshot.

    Sorry for the late response. It depends on how e-mail is set up in your hosting environment. The most common way is to route e-mails through a locally available SMTP queue such as Postfix. If that’s the case you’ll have to look at Postfix logs to see whether there were any errors sending the e-mails out.
