Check box to send email only if checked

Firstly, thanks for the great free version of the BNFW plugin. VERY much appreciated.

I was wondering if this scenario was possible?

I want to send a notification email to the post author, but only if a checkbox is checked.

I have a CPT called ‘house’ and some custom fields in that CPT. One of the fields is called ‘vendor-update’. As you can imagine this is a Real Estate site and I’m wanting to send an update to the vendor of the property (who is the author of the post), but only IF the Real Estate Agent has updated the post in a way that is meaningful to the vendor.

So my idea is to add a checkbox under the ‘vendor-update’ field and ONLY if this is checked, would the post update notification email be sent out.

So.. is this possible with your plugin?
