Good afternoon,
I am currently working on this website http://hpflwshp4.org/contact/ . I can get the emails sent fine, but the drop down menu does not show what the person selected in the menu when I open up the email. I have also tried check boxes. Is this not possible to see what the person selected within the email

Here is what the email looks like:
Subject: test

Message Body:
test

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Hope Fellowship (http://hpflwshp4.org)

You need to add these new fields to the message body – not only to the form but also to the email template (see the screenshot in the tutorial above).

So for example if you add a new check box to the form: [checkbox checkbox-name] then you need to add [checkbox-name] to the email template. In a similar way as you have [textarea your-message] in your form and [your-message] in the email template.
