Check box message if not checked

    HI
    I have a checkbox on my form which when selected adds in the mail to site owner part:
    “yes, I would like to join the newsletter”
    I would like, if the user has not selected the checkbox that in the email received by the site admin there will be a message like :” The user has not subscribed”
    Currently, if the checkbox has not been selected, no message appears.
