I think this could be caused by caching on your site. Please try clearing your cache plugins, the one on your site as well, and your browser cache, and then check again if the issue persists. You could use also a different browser(s) to confirm it.

Your screenshot is of the Dutch website. If you switch to German, I think you will see the problem.

Yes, I can see your order details are greyed out and the customer can’t accept terms and conditions. Please note that this is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same behavior after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
Reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Of course I’ve tried all that, I think I’ve been trying to figure out this problem for two nearly months now.
However, I found out today what’s causing the problem: I can’t buy a product that ISN’T translated to German, with the German checkout. When I add a (empty) translation to the product, I can checkout. I’m hoping this is some sort of bug.

WooCommerce does not have by default a translation feature included so you may want to report this behavior to the translation plugin/tool that you’re using. The developers of that plugin should be able to further assist you.
