• You pay and they say 30 days money back garantie …. IT IS FALSE they do not give you back the money

    You know, it is slightly hard to refund to someone that does not apply to our support and we have no idea he would like to get a refund…

    Before replying we have searched and searched our Emails and there is nothing for you.

    I think is very false what you say. we have an exchange of email. I copy the last one we had… then you disappeared

    Hi,

    We can’t find this exchange on our Email server, searching your name we can find a lot of info about the data you need to send us so we can upload your App, we can see a lot of files you did send us for your App, we can’t see any refund request.

    But if there is a problem, if indeed as you are saying, a refund was promised and by mistake was not done, why are you not Emailing us? We answer every Email within hours in the worst case. Email us, send us the payment details, if there was a conversation between us, you can also reply it, this way it will be easier to find what is it about, but is it so hard to Email & check what is the status of a refund? Why go public with such lies? When all you need to do is write a short Email to support with a simple question “This is my purchase details, What is the status of a refund I requested?”

    It’s been months and still do not get the money back, in private I am asked to delete posts and then get a refund. Even when I opened the dispute with paypal I was told this. I closed the dispute and the money does not have sent them. If you were to ask this do not do it are not reliable in the promises
