ChatWing Box Not Showing On My Landing Page

Greetings!

I love this product, but would love it more if the box could only appear on my webinar landing page.

I installed the plugin successfully with the right settings. Widget and all.
The box will not appear on my that page.
I got my Web Programmer involved. He could not either.
We got another person involved… nope didn’t work either.

My landing page is very simple. What am I missing?
