    Hi,
    I installed Chatway using the WordPress admin panel yesterday.
    When new messages come, there is no notification that comes to my email. I tested several times, but I only received the email once. I did check the spam folder, but there is none.

    Note: I installed both Chaty and Chatway, but set the widget distinctly (as shown on my website).

    Some details:

    Theme: Tecnologia (VanTam)
    Version: Chaty (Version 3.5.1), Chatway Live Chat (Version 1.4.5)
    Version WordPress: 6.9

    Hi @nttm99 , thanks for posting your query.

    Just to clarify, email notifications are only sent for chats that remain unread for about 2 minutes. If you read the message within that time, the system will not send an email notification. This is expected behavior and helps avoid unnecessary emails when messages are handled in real time.

    If you believe a chat was not read for more than 2 minutes and still no email was sent, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to check further. ☺️

    Can I ask another question? My website is in Vietnamese language and I have change the language in Setting >> Profile and in the Widget Setting >> More customization >> Font type to Open Sans.

    When showing on my web, the texts has font errors (as in screenshot https://i.imgur.com/NUB2iAN.png). When I open the live chat, the texts are shown correctly (https://i.imgur.com/0LKwD17.png).

    How I can fix this?

    Yes, both the line you highlighted and the line below has font error. This problem is not fatal and viewers can still read the texts, but it somehow lower my website quality 🥲

    This issue has already been resolved. Please try clearing your site cache using the caching plugin you’re currently using (for example, WP Rocket or LiteSpeed), and then check again.
