 * Hi,
 * I can’t minimize the chatbox on my website – [https://mega-bags.com/](https://mega-bags.com/).
   
   Also, I want the chatbox to be closed but seems like it’s not working ATM – I
   prefer only to show the messenger button.
 * Please advise,

 * You can configure this in the plugin set up flow. In the “Customise your Chat
   plugin” options, you can toggle on/off “Automatically expand”.

 * that’s what I did.. but once the chatbox is open, it can’t be minimized…
