Chatbot stopped working

    Hello!

    The chatbot worked perfectly, but after a while it stopped working suddenly.

    Maybe it’s because I added a second language (English) to my site, but I am not sure totally.

    Could you please check on that?

    Hi, @kongamato9
    Please, try to open WP-Chatbot -> on step 1 Setup find ‘Disconnect’ page button.
    Disconnect Facebook page and log out of it.
    Then Login back and connect the same FB page that was connected.

    This should make the widget appear on the website again.
    Please try these steps and get back to me with the results to see if that resolved the issue
