# Chatbot not working

 * I created a local web site with wordpress and I installed the plugin of the IBM
   Watson Assistant, I can see the chatbot in the web page but If I send any mesagge
   the Virtual Assistant doesn’t answer me. I configured the assistant to answer
   the questions or words in IBM Watson, It works but not in wordpress doesn’t work.
   Also there is no plugin update available .

   where the problem relies.

 * To solve your problem we need extended information about your plugin installation.
   To get the file with the extended information, follow these steps:
    - Go to your WordPress Dahsboard ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/ReuN5rZ.png))
    - Go to “Watson Assistant” > “Set Up Chatbot” in the left menu ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/zFebbQi.png))
    - On the “Set Up Your Chatbot” page go to “Having Issues?” tab ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/YarnnMD.png))
    - On the “Having Issues?” tab, download full log file with extended information
      by following the link ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/ZRDa4tr.png)).
      Don’t publish it openly on sites like WordPress Forums as it may contain sensitive
      information.
    - Send email with description of your issue and attached file to [help@intela.io](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/chatbot-not-working-5/help@intela.io?output_format=md)

 * After checking your credentials from the log file using curl requests described
   in the [API documentation](https://cloud.ibm.com/apidocs/assistant/assistant-v2),
   we get the same error every time: “{“error”:”No skills found for the assistant”,“
   code”:400}”.
    Please make sure you have successfully added the skill to your
