    Plugin does not appear to work as the chatbot is blank and does not respond. It works perfectly well on Blue Mix, so this issue is the plugin.

    I am hosted via HostGator and have already disabled the standard Endurance Cache by renaming the file on the server side and purged all the WP caches.

    This problem persists and I am at a loss as to how to resolve it.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. We will look in to it as soon as we can but it would be very helpful if you could let us know the version of Wordpres and PHP you are using.

    When I go to http://www.smragle.com/WP I get redirected to http://smragle.com/w_api/Handler.php. The content of that page is “Not Found”.

    This is very strange. No one else has had any issue with just navigating to the site. Try this one.

    Everything is 100% up to date. I have the latest Word Press version and all my plugins, including Watson Conversation, are updated to latest versions. The problem persists.

    This problem appeared for me with the latest update to the plugin, but it did ork when I was logged in. I rolled back to the previous version and now all is working again.
