# Chat window localization not working

 * I almost bought your bigger license for our customer sites but then I noticed
   in the testing that the plugin does not work correctly outside of the “US”. The
   timestamps are hard coded to your functions instead of correctly using formats
   set in WordPress general settings. The date and time format is only in English
   and in 12H.

 * Also the Finnish translation and language files are still named incorrectly,

 * We are in progress of building and testing WP Live Chat Support version 7 which
   includes fixes for these issues that you have identified. The launch date for
   version 7 is 22 November.

 * Ok. Is there option to hide visitor name and gravatar where as support agent 
   would have them? Now they are both either disabled or enabled? Also in Firefox
   and safari atleast, customer avatar is cut of by scroll bar.
