chat window does not shown

    After installing and connecting the plugin the chat box does not show. At the page source I see a div inseted with an iframe but the chatbox is not shown.
    Wordpress 4.9.8, WooCommerce 3.4.3, and Tyche 1.1.1 theme

    What is the address of the website, where you have installed Smartsupp? We will look into it.

    That is on my local development machine, so there is no public access for that right now.

    Hi,

    That may actually be the problem, we recommend testing this on some public testing page, which is fully accessible from the internet. Smartsupp may not be working properly in localhost or restricted environment. If you are able to publish the website somewhere, and the chat is still not shown, even after it’s published, please send us a link and we can look into it then.
