# Chat window bug

 * Hi,
 * i installed and configured on my WordPress site, and when typing in any of the
   fields, and pressing spacebar, this would cause the whole page to scroll down
   erratically. I wondered if anyone has any insight to this? I have not done any
   troubleshooting – disabling other plugins, default theme, etc – as my client 
   asked to switch it to another chat plugin he had used previously. But i can if
   that’s the best route – i would like to get this working for him.

 * We’ve noticed this behaviours on some of our customers and in the their majority
   was relevant to a custom theme.
 * Can you please let me know what is the theme that you have configured, in order
   to try to reproduce the issue ?

 * Hi,
 * We have this same issue as well, although spacebar doesn’t scroll, it just does
   nothing. Using Customizr theme.

 * I seem to be having the same issue, and we are using the Divi Theme.

 * So if your having issues with this and your theme has any custom scrollbar settings
   or smooth scrolling enabled try disabling it.
