Chat Plugin not genarating code

Hi, I’ve installed the plugin on WordPress 5.7 and I can’t get the chat plugin to generate the code for the app to work. It goes through the setup process without any issues apart from not generating code. The setup button doesn’t change to edit either it just stays as setup.

ANy ideas would be greatly appreciated!
