# Chat plugin does not show FAQs

 * I can setup FAQs in auto responses tab but when i try to test them, the answers
   are not displayed. Can you help me?

 * Thank you for your test, yes the away message and the Immediate response working

   if you press one of this questions i setup to get 3 answers but answers are not
