Chat only appears in Dashboard

    Hi, I noticed a significant problem right after the installation.
    The tab to open the chat does not appear outside of the Dashboard. The page filter in the dashboard is set to “On all pages”. I tried out the other page filters just in case, but with no success. I deactivated all of the other plugins in case there was a conflict, but there isn’t.
    Any idea what could be the cause of this?

    Hi Lauren,

    For Dashboard I guess you mean the WP ADMIN,
    have you verified that the footer.php contains the wp_footer() function?

    Make also sure to clear all the data on the page filter field.

    Also, if you provide a support ticket on our site I’d be glad to double
    check your setup.

    My name is Laurens actually, it’s a Dutch name for men 😉

    I do indeed mean the WP_ADMIN instead of the Flyzoo Dashboard. The wp_footer(); function is actually located at the bottom of front-page.php, which has been the case for almost every Theme I’ve worked on in the past.

    What exactly do you mean by clearing the data on the page filter field? I can choose between 3 options within the page filter in the WP_ADMIN, but none of them give the right result.

    I submitted a ticket on Flyzoo.co with a link to this topic. I already checked every setting on dashboard.flyzoo.co, but hopefully you’ll find a solution for this anyway. My e-mail is laurens@adeko.nl, in case it makes it easier to find.

    Oh sorry for the name… I have a similar issue with mine LOL.

    From what you wrote looks like all settings are ok,
    just received your email and replied, let’s figure this out with other tests.

    Solved: theme contained the get_footer instead of wp_footer function…
