I have made the selection for the chat windo to pop up automatically. Each time a customers visits my site I receive 2 identical e-mails (not just one) that inform me that the customer has opened the chat box. I need the notifications only when the customer writes something to me, because otherwise I am constantly receiving emails, which is very annoying. * Thank you in advance. The issue with the popup seems to have been resolved.
