Chat messages not sending

    Chat messages aren’t sending while offline messages are. Used to work a few months ago and haven’t made any changes to the site except for WordPress and Woocommerce updates. Chat messages not only do not show for agents, they also do not show in “missed chats.”

    Since offline messages are working, it could be a problem with the on-premise server: our website is https://shop.sphere.com.ai/.
