Chat icon doesn’t work

    Each time I try to go and open the chat window, the cursor turns into an error icon. At first I thought it was something wrong with the SSL ticket, and went ahead and fixed that and got it working on my site. I refreshed and still had the same problem where it still was giving me the error icon each time I scrolled over it.

    Hello @holmstromm ,

    In your site I do not see the plugin installed. Did you remove it?

    If you have it configured with 3CX channel, can you please verify that the URL of your website is configured on 3CX Management Console ?

    For some reason its not showing in Google, but in Edge it shows in the bottom right. And the URL looks to be configured with the 3CX Management Console.

    Hello @holmstromm ,

    By accessing your site, I can see that there is an error on browser console, which means that something is not properly configured on Management Console.

    Check if “https://networkconcern.com” is configured on Management Console and open the browser console to see for any possible errors.
