Thank you for using our plugin.
For the ChatGPT you should get an API key from Openai.com and enter it in the plugin settings. You can read this article for more information.
If you already have an API key make sure that your API key does not meet the rate limits. You can try with another account API key too.

Hi, Got it & Thanks. We have even tried both whatsapp and Chatgpt but could you please clarify few points about your plugin. can we use both whatsapp and chatgpt at the same time by entering shortcodes? because currently we have tried to use both but it is appearing either whatsapp or gpt at the same time.
Secondly, we have tried to chat with GPT, but does it answer related to our site or it talk in general? example when we asked a question it is answering in general not about our site.

You can use WhatsApp and ChatGPT alongside with the multi account chat.
In the pro version it can talk about the post title.
Currently it speaks in general but in the next versions we will add fine tuning AI ( Train AI ) and you can train it.

Currently we are active working on content writing feature of the plugin. Changes will be included in the changelog and you can check it yourself.

If you include the ChatGPT in a page with a specific title, then it respond based on the page or post title. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send the post content because it is long. We only send post title to the ChatGPT and it can chat with the user about the title.

Hello Team, we recently used this plugin in our another project which is WooCommerce platform. we are facing issue that the widget can not be seen in home, shop and product page. we have seen all the settings and seems all setup but unable to find the solution. plz look into it urgently
Hi Dears, We did not hear back anything.. homepage is now visible whatdsappp icon but we really in need to show WhatsApp icon in product, cart and checkout page. how to active that? even though we have marked to show all pages

Hi Thanks for your support. in our last message we had asked that if we want to show WhatsApp only in on product pages, cart and checkout pages. where we can make it done? regarding your article, it is all about to activate and setup the WhatsApp which we have already done.
