# Chat doesnt load -> Violates Content Security

 * so i install this plugin few days back.. when checking the site, it was working
   well. But it stopped working. So here is some details for this developers.
 * 1) Chat loads when i am logged in wp-admin but if not logged in or incognito 
   mode, chat doesnt work. [https://home.topkidzfiji.com/](https://home.topkidzfiji.com/)
 * 2) Lighthouse is reporting an issue with the chat script. Since its a 3rd parties
   script (not on your server but rather on fb server), we are getting issues with
   Content security policy.. See the link below
    “Refused to frame ‘[https://www.facebook.com/&#8217](https://www.facebook.com/&#8217);
   because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive:“
   frame-ancestors [https://www.facebook.com&#8221](https://www.facebook.com&#8221);.”

 * 3) Just fix this issue please. i can see many people have complained and yet 
   FB is saying to clear the cache. to FB chat developers, get off your bum and 
   do your own investigation.. You would have figured out the issue by now..

 * We actively help everyone who posts seeking support on this forum. There’s really
   no need to be rude.
 * As for your case, it’s actually covered in the FAQ: Your Facebook Page is region-
   gated.
 * If the Facebook Page connected to the plugin has any restrictions applied (age,
   or location), then the plugin will only display for users who:
 * a) Are logged in to Facebook in that browser,
    and b) Pass the restrictions successfully(
   i.e. are of sufficient age, or in the target region(s)).
 * If you’d like the Chat plugin to be available to all visitors (including those
   not logged in to Facebook), then the region restrictions should be removed. This
   can be done by a Page admin, via the Page settings.

 * Cool.. yes that was it.. restriction.. removed them all
