# Chat Does not appear

 * I have installed this plugin. Made it active but when a user goes to the site
   there is no chat icon or prompt, so users cannot chat.
 * If I login to the site as an agent, then go to a remote PC I have access to and
   go to the site nothing happes. Also in your plugin I see ZERO visitors, despite
   being on the web site.
 * Does this plugin operate of shortcodes??

 * I visited your site and it appears the WP Live Chat Support files are not being
   loaded on the website.
 * I believe this may be due to a missing `wp_footer()` call within your theme’s
   footer.php file.

 * That is not the case the wp_footer call is in the footer.php file.
 * Your plugin still does not work!

   as intended, while others are not.
