# Chat button does not show

 * I followed all your troubleshooting steps from the pinned post but still, the
   chat plugin won’t show on my site. I have set up the plugin but any time I visit
   the plugin page am asked to set it up again [https://tinyurl.com/yhjh8omy](https://tinyurl.com/yhjh8omy).
   Please help me fix this. Thank you

 * I’ve had a look at your website, and the Chat plugin code does not appear to 
   be present in the markup. Can I ask you to try installing the latest version 
   of the plugin, and re-running the setup process from the beginning?

 * I just updated, activated, and set up the plugin. Cleared cache but it still 
   won’t show
