Chat box does not show up

    Hello,

    First, like all the people in this forum I would like to congratulate the developer for this plug-in. It looks like it is the best plug-in of his kind.

    But while I am installing it on my WP, the chatbox does not show up for end users and in the agent interface I am always seeing 0 VISITORS ONLINE, even if there are people on the website.

    I have checked that the chat is enabled, waited for the 10sec delay but still nothing..

    Have someone encounter the same issue ?

    I’ve visited your site however our plugin doesn’t appear to be active on the page.

    Would it be possible for you to activate our plugin so that I can look further into why the chat box doesn’t show up?
