 * I want to put this plugin onto my site but when I am logged out of the WordPress
   admin the live chat box disappears.
 * Does this mean when someone wants to see the live chat they will need to be logged
   into WordPress?

 * Yes when you log out of wordpress the chat box will disappear in this version.
   You have to be logged in to wordpress to chat.
