I have everything set up but I have not tried it yet. I read that it can be set up only in pages that I want by copying code into every page html. When I install the plugin and link to my account its automatically available in every page. I only want the widget to be available in 2 or 3 pages of my site. How can I do this?
Also, I saw that visitors get an “option/settings button” in the left bottom corner, is there a way to take that off?

  • I am wondering the same thing. I only want to install the chat button in a widget on certain page, but there is a button that shows up below my footer on all pages without a way to disable it.

Same question – I only want to install the chat button in a widget on certain page, but there is a button that shows up below my footer on all pages without a way to disable it.

We pay to have this service on a client website and can’t get an answer to this question.

    Hi Joseguzman, Metaphorcreations and Jbisonaroll,

Sorry for not replying to you earlier.

Currently, after you install the plugin and link to your account, live chat is available to every page of your wordpress site. If you want the button to display on certain pages, please email support@comm100.com. Our support team will help set this up for you.

And Joseguzman, we’re not quite sure about the “option/settings button” appearing on your site. Could you take a screenshot and send it to support@comm100.com so that we can take a close look? Or can you advise the URL of your wordpress site with Comm100 Live Chat?

Thank you and look forward to getting connected with you soon.

    Have a great day,
